Videos That Tell a Relatable Story

Brother Industries was used to creating how-to videos that showcased product features, but they weren’t showing customers the emotional benefits behind each product. They engaged my team for help producing story-driven videos that invited viewers into a relatable but aspirational story.

 

Deliverables

I worked with my agency’s project managers and creative team as well as our production agency partner to produce videos promoting Brother’s industry-specific technology solutions as well as individual printer and label maker products. I wrote scripts and helped with storyboarding, casting and set design, often attending video shoots to assist with set design and continuity.

The videos were utilized on Amazon and The Container Store product listing pages, respectively, along with the Brother’s website and social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).

What’s Next for Brother?

After a break from filming on-site due to COVID-19, Brother and Ridge Marketing are back to creating videos and accompanying social media snippets that feature existing and new products.
